This is the ideal opportunity for an IT Support professional who is keen to contribute to a collaborative team of industry experts as they dominate the US Market.
What the role involves:
- Provide phone and email support relating to the company's web products.
- Respond to client calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Remotely connect to client machines to assist with Data ETL connection issues.
- Analyse client issues, troubleshoot the problem and implement the solution.
- Document and record case communications.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Good communication, both written and verbal, to engage with both clients and customers
- Strong SQL skills (essential)
- Knowledge of Python (desirable)
