Job Title: IT Support Specialist-Portuguese
Job Type: Permanent

Our client is an American multinational information technology services and consulting company headquartered in Ashburn, Virginia.
The Role:
Our client is seeking an IT Remote Support Specialist who will primarily answer calls and respond to IT Incidents and Service Request Tasks from our end-user clients.
This is a hybrid role where the successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 3 days a week on our client's site based in Dublin, with the remaining days working from home.
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 with a 30-minute break.
Qualifications:
* The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and Portuguese.
* 3rd Level Qualification - Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in an IT-related discipline.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
* A team player.
* Flexibility to change shifts to ensure the best coverage for service.
* Availability for working some Public Holidays if required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Call handling for the inbound IT support hotline.
* Fully qualify and process incoming IT support tickets in adherence to the agreed service, quality, and client satisfaction levels.
* Apply solutions, workarounds, patches, and fixes.
* Effectively dispatch to the correct organization and resolver group.
* Ensure compliance with all security and data protection standards, policies, and processes.
Desired Skills:
* ITIL process knowledge would be beneficial.
* Experience with using monitoring tools for incoming tickets.
