As an IT Support Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and inspiring our team to provide top-tier support to our colleagues. Further responsibilities are listed below:
Lead and manage a team of 1st and 2nd Line ICT Support Analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Support team, including workload distribution, scheduling, and prioritization of tasks to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing guidance and solutions to team members.
Develop and maintain support procedures, documentation, and knowledge base resources to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with other stakeholders to drive improvements in service quality and operational effectiveness.
Analyse team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance team productivity.
Working a 36.25 hour week, you’ll be based in our Boston office with an element of hybrid working after a period of time settling into the role.
