It Support Technician

A cloud-based payroll platform recognized by HMRC, providing various payroll models, including PAYE, umbrella PAYE, multiple company, CIS, PEO, Joint-Employment, and Payroll Bureau. The platform prioritizes security and scalability, offering a user-friendly interface accessible through a single dashboard. It simplifies payroll processing, ensures compliance, and handles reporting tasks, allowing users to focus on other essential responsibilities. Based in Congleton, the company also offers on-site services.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to customers, addressing and troubleshooting issues promptly.
2. Manage projects and contribute to driving sales initiatives.
3. Maintain relationships with existing clients while actively identifying, developing, and managing new client relationships.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and delivering technical solutions in a timely manner.
5. Utilize account management and sales skills to foster positive client relationships.
6. Demonstrate strong project management skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
7. Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently when necessary.
8. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
9. Problem-solving and proactive approach to technical challenges.

Salary: 25,000 (DOE) OTE 30,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
