As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for 1st line support and getting hands on with new technologies for Internal users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first line support for the internal user base, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and business applications.
• Provide first line support for IT systems used by internal employees, addressing various IT problems.
• Support different departments including Sales and operations
• Provide training on new applications and software

The ideal candidate will have/be able to:

• Previous Helpdesk Experience (Telephone/Email/Face-to-Face Support)
• Strong customer/client service
• Great written and communication skills
• Proficient with Windows 10/11
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy
• Office 365
• Be decisive and have the passion to problem-solve
• IT Certifications are an Added Bonus (CompTIA, MCP etc)
