It Support Technician

Due to the nature of your work, you will be required to work full time on site. The service is provided between 6:00am to 12:00am and so this role has shift patterns. You will work a 9 day fortnight and have every other Friday off.

Our client is a major defence and technology company working to support the Royal Navy. They are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide hands on support for a new IT system.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a world leading defence company providing support to military clients.

• Install and maintain computer software and hardware.
• Provide efficient desktop and server support.
• Install and maintain user accounts through Active Directory.
• Respond to general IT requests.
• Manage network components including cable patching.

• Experience of working in an ITIL environment.
• Excellent customer facing experience.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server 2019 and Windows 10 or 11.
• Confident using Active Directory.
