Key Information:
- Duration: 12 months - very highly likely extensions.
- Pay: Circa £185 per day
- Location: On site in Belfast
- Start Date: ASAP
- Circa 7.5 working hours per day
The Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT Service environment
- Ideally certified in appropriate technologies, Dell and Windows to support business strategy
- Provide IT Break/Fix Support (1st, 2nd, and some 3rd line) either in person or remotely.
- Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met.
- Ensure Department/Contract meets SLA performance targets
- Supporting Dell kit, docking stations, keyboards, mice
- Windows 10/11 environment
- MS Outlook & Office 2016
- Software Installation & some App support that comes with it.
- Keep skills up to date with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role/contract
- Understand and adhere to policies and procedures
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels
