It Support Technician

If you have hands-on experience with Microsoft operating systems and a proven track record in delivering top-notch IT support, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical problems.
• Assist with the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in providing IT support, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10, Windows Server) and Office 365.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Windows 10) are a plus.
