Role: IT Systems Admin
Location: Bolton
Salary: up to 30k d.o.e
My client, in the manufacturing sector, are looking for an IT Systems Admin to provide 1st/2nd line support to their busy team. This is a standalone role, which requires a confident and forthcoming individual with excellent communication skills.
This position is full onsite, with free parking. There are excellent opportunities to progress and develop in this role, into an IT management position. They also offer 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays. The hours are 8:30-4:30 (can be flexible).
Daily duties:
- Building PCs and software application installation
- Being the first point of contact for general troubleshooting issues
- General IT admin i.e user management
- Support VOIP telephones, smartphones, tablets, Bluetooth scanners, printers & computer hardware
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least one years previous experience in an IT Support position
- An enthusiastic and confident approach to work
- Experience supporting VOIP telephones, smartphones, tablets, Bluetooth scanners, printers & computer hardware
- Experience working with a Windows server
