IT Team Leader
An exciting chance is now available for an experienced engineer to join the team at a time of huge growth potential as a IT Team Leader – you will be hands on and technical within an EUC environment and will be looking after a small team and helping to organise workloads and still playing a part in the technical elements of the role.

Responsibilities
As a Service Desk Lead, you will complete the following responsibilities:
• Resolving service desk tickets appropriately within SLA
• Effective communications with users in relation to issues
• Proactively look for issues
• Built and maintain equipment
• Produce and maintain documentation for support processes
• Correct logging of issues in ticket system
• Responsible for logging faults with suppliers.
• Responsible for logging ICT faults, dealing with problems/requests in an effective and customer-focused manner, undertaking first-level support where possible. Responsible for keeping users updated as to the status of their problem/request.
About You
The company is looking for someone who is has previous experience in EUC deployment and build environments.
