My client is a growing company based in Burscough, near to Ormskirk. Due to ongoing growth they are looking for a further 2 x IT Technical Support Analysts.
The role will include:
- Setting up new starters correctly
- Setup/imaging of new PC's
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Resolving print issues
- Managing IT support tickets from our service desk system (ManageEngine)
- Work on project tasks for new IT systems being delivery into the business and work towards becoming a subject matter expert on any chosen system
Candidates should have a knowledge of Microsoft Azure/M365
Hours of work are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday qit ha little variation as required. There is parking on site.
