It Technical Support Analyst

My client is a growing company based in Burscough, near to Ormskirk. Due to ongoing growth they are looking for a further 2 x IT Technical Support Analysts.

The role will include:

• Setting up new starters correctly
• Setup/imaging of new PC's
• Basic network troubleshooting
• Resolving print issues
• Managing IT support tickets from our service desk system (ManageEngine)
• Work on project tasks for new IT systems being delivery into the business and work towards becoming a subject matter expert on any chosen system

Candidates should have a knowledge of Microsoft Azure/M365

Hours of work are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday qit ha little variation as required. There is parking on site.
