IT Trainer - Bristol (Hybrid) - £250-£300/day (Inside IR35) - 3-months
A large, national professional service firm are seeking an IT Trainer for a 3-month project, focused on their Microsoft Co-Pilot rollout. You will be conducting initial workshops to better understand user needs in terms of training to fully utilise Co-pilot. You will be leading meetings with senior stakeholders within the business, ensuring discussions are taking place, and documentation is being taken to be able to report to the L&D Manager and give them the ability to create and provide the best training regarding Microsoft Co-Pilot.
As the correct IT Trainer, you will be:
- Conducting workshops and focus groups to understand user needs for training.
- Taking effective documentation around the discussions in the focus group.
- Conversing with senior stakeholders and keeping the meetings on topic.
- Building a knowledge base on user training needs for Microsoft Co-pilot.
- Reporting back to the L&D Manager and helping to plan training manuals.
As the correct IT Trainer, you will have:
- Strong skills in planning and delivering IT Training.
- Excellent knowledge in the Microsoft family of products.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to adapt and thrive in a busy environments.
- A strong background in requirements gathering user needs for training.
