Structure - Hybrid, Part - Time
Our long standing client are looking to recruit an Assistant IT Trainer to join their Edinburgh office. You will be responsible for providing training to employees across all levels at the Firm, as well as providing general support to the IT Training Manager. You will ideally come from a training or training support background and possess excellent M365 Office Suite skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training on Microsoft 365 suite, allowing for maximum adoption throughout the Firm.
- Create, design and deliver training materials.
- Deliver 1 to 1 training sessions in person and online
- Coordinate meetings and mark attendance
- Work alongside the helpdesk to establish key areas of improvement across the firm, allowing to effectively assess training requirements.
- Maintain and update the training database.
- Provide assistance with the testing on systems.
- Provide ad hoc administration support as required.
Key Skills:
- You will have previous experience working within a training position.
- Demonstrable strong IT skills.
- Good working knowledge of M365 Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience creating training guides and videos.
