Our client is a leading midsize law firm here in the US. They have an amazing opportunity within their Boston, MA, office to join their business as an IT Training Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement technical training programs.
- Work in conjunction with the HR department to understand the training needs of the employees.
- Handle all testing for new technologies.
- Help create metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of IT training experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
