This is an Italian restaurant offering classic traditionalcuisine in a simple and comfortable manner in the lovely island of Malta.

Position

We are looking to recruit a talented and passionate professional Chef for the Pasta section looking to continue their career in Hospitality.

Profile

• Must have classic Italian Cuisine experience ‘trattoria’ style
• Current or recent experience in Italy is preferred
• Home made paste experience is a benefit
• Culinary training / diploma
• Certification on HACCP standards and other food hygiene rules
• Passionate about your job
• Positive and motivated attitude
• English speaking
