Job description

An exciting role has arisen for a talented Italian speaker! We are looking for a fluent Italian speaking Customer Service Advisor, to join luxury interior brands and their team based in Loughborough, East Midlands.

The package:

  • Salary: £28,000 + 5% discretionary bonus
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm
  • Location: Loughborough, East Midlands
  • Minimum of 25 days holidays plus bank holidays + birthday off

In order to succeed in this role, it is essential for you to have strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Italian speaker with Customer Service experience to get involved in a friendly, creative, outgoing team!

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full order life cycle for international retail B2B customers across brands
  • Building relationships with key contacts, sales managers, agents, and distributors
  • Providing world beating Customer Service and technical support on product and delivery issues
  • Supporting the International sales team in growing and acquiring new accounts
  • Working with various departments and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Improving processes and service quality

Profile:

  • Fluent in Italian, and English written and spoken
  • Proven experience in order management and sales order processing experience from within a similar Customer Services, import/export or sales support role
  • Possess a professional, helpful and friendly telephone manner
  • Demonstrate initiative and a proactive attitude along with the flexibility and willingness to work as a team member
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, ability to prioritise work
  • The ability to commute to Loughborough, East Midlands
  • Capable of self-motivation, multitasking, and effective prioritisation
  • Customer service experience, minimum of 1 year, preferably B2B
  • Experience of international shipping is an advantage
  • Interest in fabrics, wallpapers, and paint
