SalaryWe are looking for a switched on, highly organised and proactive all round business and private EA / PA to manage 2 dynamic, charming and HNW Entrepreneurs whose international investments include Real Estate in Europe and The UAE. This is a brand new role, where fluent Italian would be a real bonus as is experience of working with Europe. A truly varied position which requires all aspects of business and private support - would suit someone who loves "wearing different hats" and enjoys liaising directly with UHNW individuals, VIPs and international clients.
As well as having excellent EA / PA skills, you would have strong emotional intelligence, be confident dealing with people internationally and happy to work autonomously. Discretion is of course key as you will be party to highly confidential information.
Based in a small office in Mayfair, beautiful location, some out of hours will be required from time to time.
You would have experience working for HNWIs at CEO level (business and Private EA / PA). "Private Equity / Real Estate / Hedge Fund / Start up" experience would be very useful.
You must have excellent communication and IT skills.
