Japanese speaking EA - What You'll be Doing:

• Supporting for CEO and Senior Management and undertake corporate projects.

• Managing CEO's calendars and daily schedules.
• Arranging meetings, responding to inquiries and coordinating project activities
• Travel arrangements (Domestic & International),and submitting expense reports.

Japanese speaking EA - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Business fluency in Japanese (both written and spoken) and English is essential.
• Previous experience in supporting senior management/ CEO level
• Seamless, smooth administration to understand the founder's tasks, prioritize them
• Persistence and flexibility to work beyond regular working hours
• Prefer to have projects management experience.
