Position:Japanese Speaking Office Administrator
Salary: £30K / year
Location: Hemel Hempstead, UK
Working Condition: Monday to Thursday 8:00-16:30, Friday 8:00-16:00
※Remote work is possible 1-2 days a week.
Language: Business level of English and Japanese
Responsibilities:
Admin Duties:
- Office management and purchasing supplies (office supplies and materials needed for development)
- Arranging maintenance and repairs
- Document creation, storage, and organization
- Data analysis
- Attending and reporting on various seminars
- Creating and managing contracts with business partners
- Managing lease and insurance contracts
HR and Labor Management:
- Attendance management
- Travel arrangements
Accounting:
- Managing payments and data entry
- Making payments to banks
- Coordination with accounting firms
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in the office 3-4 days a week
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint
- Flexibility to support employees' tasks
- Strong skills in document creation and data organization (preferred)
- Experience in general affairs, HR, or accounting (preferred)
- Must have a visa that allows working in the UK without sponsorship (applications from holders of YMS visas or student visas will not be accepted)
