Job description

Position:Japanese Speaking Office Administrator
Salary: £30K / year
Location: Hemel Hempstead, UK
Working Condition: Monday to Thursday 8:00-16:30, Friday 8:00-16:00
※Remote work is possible 1-2 days a week.
Language: Business level of English and Japanese

Responsibilities:
Admin Duties:

  • Office management and purchasing supplies (office supplies and materials needed for development)
  • Arranging maintenance and repairs
  • Document creation, storage, and organization
  • Data analysis
  • Attending and reporting on various seminars
  • Creating and managing contracts with business partners
  • Managing lease and insurance contracts

HR and Labor Management:

  • Attendance management
  • Travel arrangements

Accounting:

  • Managing payments and data entry
  • Making payments to banks
  • Coordination with accounting firms

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in the office 3-4 days a week
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to support employees' tasks
  • Strong skills in document creation and data organization (preferred)
  • Experience in general affairs, HR, or accounting (preferred)
  • Must have a visa that allows working in the UK without sponsorship (applications from holders of YMS visas or student visas will not be accepted)
