Japanese speaking Sales Support

Position: Japanese Speaking Sales Support 
Salary: £30K / year
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-17:30 (Flexitime, including a 30-minute lunch break, totaling 7.45 hours per day, with core hours from 10:00 to 16:00) 
Language: Business level proficiency in English and Japanese

【Responsibilities】
•    Collaborate with the administrative teams in Japan and the UK, handling communication and negotiation regarding orders, sales, delivery schedules, shipment changes, and pricing.
•    Support the Sales Director by collecting data, preparing templates, and sending documents to relevant departments in Japan (e.g., inventory reports, sales reports).
•    Participate in meetings with the Sales Manager and provide support in communication with the Japanese team.
•    Assist in scheduling visits from Japan (e.g., hotel reservations, updating visit schedules).
•    Provide support for sales account management tasks assigned by the manager.
•    Assist the sales manager and sales team as needed, including creating sales reports.

【Essential knowledge, skills, qualifications】
•    Experience in sales, technical support, or e-commerce.
•    Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese.
•    Knowledge and experience in Sales Force (or similar sales systems) and web portals for purchase orders and invoice issuance.
•    Preferably familiar with SAGE X3 and SAGE SEI.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Teams/Zoom.
•    Experience with Adobe Standard or Adobe Acrobat DC is a plus.
