Japanese speaking global mobility - Facilities and expats tenancy matter - What You'll be Doing:
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders regarding delegate tenancy matters.
- To co-ordinate and liaise with property agents, inventory clerks and serviced apartments regarding delegate tenancy matters
- To carry out all administration relating to delegate tenancy matters.
- Tenancy contract scrutiny and organisation of sign off, liaison with delegates regarding move in logistics, liaison with Payments regarding all delegate tenancy payments
- Assistance with any tenancy or property related matters occurring during the tenancy.
- The management of renewals of tenancies and organization of termination of tenancy procedures, including support with the logistics of moving out.
- To assist in all general administrative duties and miscellaneous duties as requested by the Head of Department
Japanese speaking global mobility - Facilities and expats tenancy matter - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Business level in both English and Japanese (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in expats management, General affairs or HR department
- Good PC skills and typing speed
