Java Developer | Greenfield Project – Java 17, 21, Spring Boot, AWS
We've partnered with an exciting group of tech enthusiasts who have a lot of Greenfield Projects on their plate. That's why we're looking for 5 Java engineers to join the team, ASAP.
This company has a smart and talented team with high employee satisfaction. As a Java developer, you'll be joining a new division working in an agile environment.
Here's what you'll be doing:

• Migrate legacy systems to the cloud (AWS and Kubernetes) without disrupting business operations.
• Design, implement, test, and maintain event-driven microservice applications.
• Utilize the most suitable tools, such as Java 17, 21, Spring Boot, security frameworks, GraphQL, Kafka, and React.

Bonus points for senior developers:

• Enjoy mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Participate in code reviews collaboratively.

What we're looking for:

• Strong Java skills (Java 12 or above, preferably 17)
• Experience with Spring Boot (data or security preferred, but all are welcome)
• Design skills, Devops skillset is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for mentoring and/or leadership qualities

What we offer:

• Competitive salary range: £70,000 - £80,000 (approximately)
• Bonus scheme: 10% or more
