Job description

We are currently looking for a Job Closing Administrator to join the Operations Department based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire) on a 12 month Maternity Cover. Type of Contract: Temporary
Salary: £11.60 P/H
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Key responsibilities include: Auditing the UK engineers’ work reports according to set guidelines
Live closing down UK engineers’ work reports the same day
Liaising with UK engineers and line managers to provide feedback and support
Investigating stock management issues arising from auditing jobs and following up until fully resolved Skills and Experience: Analytical and investigative skills
Excellent communication skills
Working to strict deadlines
