• ARB Registered/CIAT or working towards (essential)
• Substantial experience within the Residential development sector (essential)
• Proven job-running experience (essential)
• Proficient in Revit & AutoCAD (essential)
• Strong client engagement skills
• Excellent leadership abilities
• Positive and motivated attitude
• Good technical competency
