This RIBA-chartered practice boasts over a decade of experience within the Residential sector and have won several awards for their innovative and intelligent designs. Since their establishment, this practice has developed a diverse portfolio of clientele and have the pleasure of working on a wide variety of projects. This post offers the opportunity to join a thriving practice with a passion for sustainable designs and contemporary architecture principles. The successful candidate can expect to join a close-knit team who have just opened a second office due to their continuous growth.

An ideal candidate would have strong written and verbal communication skills. It is essential that the candidate have proven job-running experience.

• ARB-Registered/CIAT or working towards (essential)
• Substantial experience post-qualification (essential)
• Experience job-running Residential development projects (essential)
• Proficient in AutoCAD (essential)
• Confident engaging with clients/contractors
• Positive and motivated attitude
• Strong technical competency
• Attention to detail
