Boasting a charming atmosphere and a 40-cover Bar/restaurant, we are committed to delivering exquisite dishes that leave a lasting impression on our guests.
Position: Head Chef
Responsibilities:
Craft innovative menus that showcase local and seasonal ingredients. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, staffing, and budgeting. Collaborate with local suppliers to source the finest ingredients.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef or head Chef in a reputable establishment. Culinary degree or equivalent certification. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Creative flair with a passion for exploring new culinary trends. Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and kitchen safety.
