Joiner/Carpenter

Overview:
We require experienced joiners to join a small team building luxury homes.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in various aspects of woodworking and construction, with a focus on precision and attention to detail. Applicants must be experienced in all aspect of new build housing, including finishing to a high standard. You should be able to work using your own initiative and and work from specifications and drawings.

Duties:
- Perform carpentry work including cutting, shaping, and fitting materials
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for woodworking tasks
- Fabricate and install wooden structures as per specifications
- Ensure all work meets high-quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Joiner
- Proficiency in carpentry techniques and woodworking
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of various construction materials and their applications
- Competence in using power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Capability to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting

-SVQ/C&G certificate in joinery & carpentry (or eq) required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

• Joinery: 4 years (preferred)
• Carpentry: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
