Job description
Overseeing the full project life cycle from start to finish- no easy task in any job! Specialist joinery practices preferably exterior works is the scopes of work for this company who manufacture custom-built high-quality timber products. The role will entail both a mix of office and field-based meetings/surveys etc. Managing numerous factors within the role such as budgets, customer service, team performance to name but a few. A company car is offered with the role and 25 days holidays plus BH along with other initial package offers.
What you will be doing:
Relationship building with both new and existing suppliers
Proposing, estimating, and drawing designs
Interpreting architect drawings
Maximising profit in workings
Complete documentation/systems maintenance i.e. Health and Safety
How you will deliver:
Use your previous Joinery Project management experience
Team management skills
Knowledge of specialist joinery practices
AutoCAD competency
Project management software proficiency
Valid UK driving licence
