Junior Account Executive

Ardmoreis looking for a Junior Account Executive Student Placement to join our verybusy Client Services team for a fixed term period. You will proactively manageindividual accounts to ensure quality of output, client satisfaction andaccount profitability.

·Actingas a direct support to our Account Directors and Managers.

·Establishingand maintaining excellent working relationships with new and existing clients.

·Liaisingwith, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agencyby maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communicationflows effectively.

·Deliveringall client requirements, both proactively and reactively; on budget, onstrategy and on time.

·Responsiblefor the use of research, collation of relevant intelligence, interpretation ofstatistical data and the application to deliver strategic solutions.

·Managingbudgets with clients and agency to ensure participation in meeting andsucceeding advertising revenue targets.

·Supportingthe Account Management Team with regards client servicing and internalresponsibilities.

·Deliveringaccurate research, Microsoft Office skills, WIP billing together with 100%precision and proofing in all copy and creative delivery.

·Assertivelyreview competitor activity.

·Adheringto all Agency and ISO procedures, to include prompt completion of timesheets,generation of estimates and invoices, writing and distributing Contact Reports,assistance with clear and accurate forecasts and quality control of all workthat is submitted to clients.
