The role is to assist with online enquiries, whilst supporting colleagues with other Account Management tasks.
You’ll be in direct communication between the sales department, operations teams, and clients, working in an exciting industry that will provide you great expereince within the events space.
Responsibilities:
- Manage orders and email enquiries.
- Follow up on quotes.
- Support account management and new business on quoting and other activities.
- Develop relationships with clients to procure and sell equipment.
- Achieve set targets from a margin and turnover perspective.
- Weekend working where required including service desk support.
- Manage live chat on the businesses website.
