Our client are now searching for ambitious and driven graduates to join their team as Junior Account Managers!
Package:
- A competitive basic salary of GBP25,000

Role:
- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company, their offering and the market they operate in, in order to have valuable conversations with prospective customers
- Develop, explore and execute lead generation, creating sales pipeline to target
- Perform prospect outreach via phone calls, emails, social selling and through attending networking events, initiating business relationships and sparking an interest in the company offering
- Develop and nurture relationships across existing customers and prospects to identify opportunities
- Qualify sales information and act on it either by pursuing it personally or by informing the relevant member of the sales team
- Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with any products or services and explore whether it can be enhanced or extended
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target driven environment
- Persistent and resilient
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Works well in part of the team as well as independently
