Junior Account Manager

Our Peterborough based client, within the engineering sector, is looking for a driven Sales Executive or Account Manager to join their team within an exciting dual role as a Junior AccountManager.

Seamlessly balancing responsibilities, you'll strategically allocate time between lead generation and account management of existing clients, in order to achieve KPIs.

You will have proven time management abilities, as well as having a target-driven mindset. Strong telephone and in person sales skills are required, alongside a full UK driving license and your own vehicle.

As Junior Account Manager you will:

• Conduct a high volume of outgoing calls to identify new opportunities.
• Achieve KPIs and targets for high productivity and performance.
• Research and identify potential leads through various channels.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and ensure accurate CRM data entry.
• Lead nurturing: Deliver valuable content and maintain regular communication with qualified leads.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, including key metrics and progress updates.
• Conduct product/service presentations and address client inquiries.
• Collaborate with senior Account Managers to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication.
