Are you an apprentice trained in an electrical field with a background working on maintenance repair and breakdown looking to join a tight knit company and prioritise your development and help you progress your career into working larger projects and becoming a team leader?

On offer is the opportunity to work within Uk's market leading company who have worked on all types of agricultural and horticultural equipment which are looking to keep the tradition going. They offer overtime at 1.5x giving you the chance to boost your earnings.

This varied role will have you working on farm machinery and performing repairs and servicing while diagnosing and fixing equipment issues to ensure optimal performance. You will conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems, and replace or repair defective parts as well as upgrade machinery with the latest technology, provide training and guidance to farm staff on equipment use, and ensure all machinery complies with safety standards.

This role would suit a apprentice trained in an electrical field with a background working on maintenance repair and breakdown looking for the opportunity to join a growing company who offer you the chance to play a key part within upcoming projects.

THE ROLE:

• Diagnose and fix equipment issues for optimal performance
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
• Upgrade machinery with the latest technology and train farm staff on equipment use
• Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (Flexible)

THE PERSON:

• Junior Agricultural Service Engineer or similar
• Commutable to Alton
