Our Application Support team directly support our customers with their Liquidlogic social care product suite and are responsible for investigating, analysing and resolving issues they may face. As a role, Application Support is a unique blend of technical and customer facing building out both areas of the successful candidate's experience.
We're looking for 5 entry-level candidates to join the programme which will offer some great career benefits:

Team environment - You won't be on your own.
To be considered, you'll need to be able to demonstrate good communication skills and a keen technical interest.
Whilst full training will be provided, skills / experience within the following areas would be beneficial:
Customer Service
General IT skills
Programming / SQL Experience
Jira / Confluence knowledge
The process:
