Junior Architect

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our team. As a Junior Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of architectural projects and gain valuable experience in the field. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects

- Collaborate with project teams to create architectural drawings, renderings, and models

- Utilize software such as ArchiCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, Sketchup, and 3ds Max to create and modify architectural designs

- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with project requirements

- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, sections, and details

- Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts

- Collaborate with contractors and consultants during the construction phase of projects

- Contribute to project management tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and coordination

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite

- Strong design skills with the ability to sketch and create visual representations of ideas

- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Note: Candidates who possess experience in CAD software will be given preference.
