Currently seeking candidates for a Junior Architectural Technician job at our client’s employee-owned firm in Lichfield. Operating from two offices with over twenty staff members, this employee-owned multidisciplinary practice offers architectural, building surveying, and project management services. Their projects range from large and small residential developments to healthcare initiatives. With their continued success, they’re now hiring a Junior Architectural Technician to join their team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Working directly under senior job runners
• Preparing planning drawings
• Work on the production of high-quality technical drawing packages
• Use AutoCAD on a daily basis.

Required Skills & Experience

• Possess a minimum of 1 years of practice experience
• Skilled in the use of AutoCAD
• Current knowledge of UK regulations
• Experience in UK-based residential, commercial, or healthcare projects highly beneficial.
