You will be responsible for distributing work among the team, playing to each individual's strengths, ensuring all deadlines and KPIs are met. You will work closely with the Factory Manager and Production Manager in this varied role, with a mixture of shop floor based and office based work, including quality control duties.
The role:

• Mixture of shop floor and office based work
• Mentoring and providing support to junior employees
• Driving the improvement of productivity
• Overseeing quality control in the assembly / finishing department

The person:

• Experience in Metal Fabrication, particularly steel and brass
• Any supervisory or team leader experience
