An Independent global construction consultancy is seeking a Junior Bid Coordinator to join their growing Bid Team.
The Junior Bid Coordinator
The Successful Junior Bid Coordinator will join the successful Bid Team based in one of their UK offices, local to you, where you would manage and contribute to activity across the bid lifecycle - including early positioning, bid responses, bid templates and presentation materials.
Responsibilities would include:
- Assistance in identifying and distributing opportunities
- Monitoring bid information and communications
- Leasing with clients and relevant team members
- Support with the production of bids across different sectors, services, regions and across teams
- Coordinator support to the Bid Managers throughout the bid lifecycle
- Populating bid templates

The Junior Bid Coordinator Role
- Experience working within the Construction industry
- InDesign experience beneficial
- Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent writing skills
