Job description

Your Team:We are The Marketing Team at FM104 & Q102, dedicated to building and protecting all of Wireless Ireland’s Dublin brands, as well as delivering annual integrated marketing  campaigns for Dublin. 

Your Role:Reporting into the Head of Marketing, as Junior Brand Manager, you will help to deliver the annual marketing strategy and campaigns for our entire Dublin radio portfolio, including Dublin’s Award winning radio station and Wireless’s flagship station, FM104, as well as, the new home of Ryan Tubridy, Q102. You will also get the chance to collaborate on and deliver in an extremely fast paced and exciting audio & digital entertainment space. 

Day to day you will: 

  • Consumer Marketing: Develop and execute consumer marketing campaigns to drive audience growth and engagement from ideation to execution. Leverage consumer insights, market research, and industry trends to identify and capitalise on opportunities for brand promotion and expansion. Champion collaboration across all Marketing and key Creative functions, steering the Marketing roadmap with an emphasis on innovative thinking and breakthrough solutions.

  • Campaign Management: Manage the relationship with the creative and media agencies, ensuring feedback is shared and all key timelines are communicated internally. A strong ability to manage projects from conception to launch is integral for this role. 

  • Partnerships and Commercial Collaborations: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations with commercial partners to enhance brand exposure, reach new audiences, and drive revenue growth. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, leveraging synergies to create mutually beneficial marketing initiatives.

  • Digital Strategy: Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, media campaign performance and engagement KPI’s, to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and support data-driven decisions.

  • On Air Promotions: Develop and manage all on air memos around commercial client promotions in accordance with the BAI regulations, communicating key points to relevant stakeholders across the business. Update, manage and monitor online spreadsheets for Roadhog, OB’s, Sponsorships and weekly Promotions. Work closely with promotional team manager to ensure all scheduling is correct and teams are booked in for events

  • Budget Management: Work with Head of Marketing to manage and control marketing budgets across FM104 and Dublin’s Q102. You will help to develop and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive maximum return on investment. Monitor expenditures, track marketing expenses, and provide regular reports to senior management. 

  • Coordinate company events, concerts, competition finals, B2B activities, charity initiatives and partnerships. Help oversee production of all promotional material and merchandise. Oversee external communications for all stations events, press releases, awards and funding applications.
