This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior CAD designer to play a pivotal role in the growth of our Solar PV division. With a core business of wiring new homes – over 24,000 of them a year for the UK’s leading housebuilders – we’ve diversified to secure solar PV contracts with new-build developers as well as with a range of commercial clients. With demand continuing to increase rapidly, this role has been created to establish an in-house design team, ensuring our installers and clients have access to accurate Solar designs.

· AutoCAD experience is desirable, but not essential, as training will be given
· Solar PV knowledge desirable, but again not essential, as training will be given
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
· Excellent communicator, with a professional approach and the confidence to liaise with colleagues and customers at all levels
· Attention to detail and accuracy, even when working under pressure
· Tenacious approach to completing tasks within deadlines
· Positive, flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt as priorities change
· Highly motivated and pro-active
