An exciting opportunity has arisen to take your first steps in a career in database marketing.
You'll support our Caign Analysts within the UK Transformation and Marketing function, delivering targeted marketing activity, customer insight, reporting and analysis.
You'll be a brilliant administrator bursting with energy and genuine enthusiasm to do the role.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the marketing communications plan through the delivery of customer and prospect contact files across the business
- Delivering suppressions files to external partners and internal systems.
- Data requests for marketing, research and service purposes, making sure relevant permissions are used and sling is robust and statistically valid.
- Monitoring and reporting on caign effectiveness, making sure these reports meet customer needs and results are communicated openly and honestly and making appropriate recommendations for changes
- Managing the day to day operational "suppression" criteria, making sure all customer communications produced by the team are compliant with data protection legislation, customer preferences, MPS and TPS
- Liaising daily with our marketing communications and sales teams and external suppliers.
- Checking that all caign documentation is completed and identify data quality issues through regular random sling QA
- Manage and resolve email enquiries
You
- A numerate, analytical team player with excellent administration skills
- Patient, with a meticulous eye for detail
- Super-organised and able to prioritise - not fazed by deadlines and adaptable when something unexpected crops up
- Experience of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Confident, engaging stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Ambition to develop within the world of caign management and database marketing
