Responsibilities:
- Dealing professionally & promptly with enquires
- Finding common ground with customers and putting them at ease
- Listening closely and qualify what vehicle suits their needs best
- Appraising their part exchange
- Negotiating professionally and closing the sale
- Working with sales manager & business manager to process the sale & handover of vehicle correctly.
- Ensure that we leave the customer happy with the service they have received
