We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious Junior Chef de Partie to join our Culinary team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £39,126 / annual salary based on a 46 hours contract - comprising a base salary of £32,626, plus a qualified estimate of £6,500 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards

  • Working in an environment where things move and flex, and a can-do attitude are second nature to you
  • You may already have your City and Guilds Qualified 706/1 706/2 or an equivalent, although we value attitude over skill; more importantly, you will want to gain experience within a quality driven environment
  • Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
  • You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
