My client is an exciting fashion tech business who are looking to grow their Client Success team. Main duties of the role include:
* Providing support to existing clients via email and phone
* Providing online training directly to clients
* Managing new client onboarding
* Identifying and communicating system issues to the Product team
* Influencing and supporting the development of the business
* Experience of Zedonk is desirable.
The role is based in a lovely co-working space in East London, with hybrid working 2 days per week
