About The Role

Role Summary
To ensures that associated works carried out forthe project are closed out in a timely manner and that systems are updated toallow client requirements to be met.
Duties
  • Progress reporting using appropriate templates / approved formats
  • Ensuring project Close Out in compliance with Client requirements
  • Compilation of Close Out files in electronic formats
  • Coordination with As-building team to ensure required drawing deadlines are met.
  • Maintain and update company electronic database and Close Out folders
  • Maintain and update company electronic Close Out trackers
  • Liaison with in-house Construction, Engineering, Procurement and QHSE departments both on and offshore to facilitate project Close Out
  • Meeting project deadlines
  • Liaise with Clients, Sub-contractors and Vendors for project related issues
  • Responsible for ensuring professional development is maintained and identified competency requirements are undertaken in a timely manner
  • Adherence to the company integrated management system
  • Compliance with quality assurance, health and safety and environmental policies
  • Demonstrate and promote PD&MS QHSE principles
  • Ensure unsafe activities are challenged
  • Adherence to the requirements of the best practice standards recommendations and processes in the undertaking of duties
  • Demonstrate and promote PD&MS values and lead by example
  • Ensure direct report performance reviews are carried out within the required timescales (where applicable)

About You

Experience / Qualifications Required
  • Time Served / Modern Apprenticeship approved by City & Guilds or HNC or recognised technical qualification approved by an appropriate awarding body
  • Technical experience in an appropriate engineering discipline
  • Demonstrable experience in the Offshore / Onshore Oil and Gas Construction Industry within a projects environment
  • Competent in the use of MS Office applications
  • Excellent written and spoken English
