About The Role

We are in search of a talented Content Writer to join our team and contribute to our content creation efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong communication skills, training expertise, and knowledge in instructional design.
The role involves working closely with internal teams, understanding training needs, and creating engaging materials to address them. As a Content Writer in the Online Learning Team, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging content for various digital resources, including eLearning modules, guides, video scripts, and much more.
This is exclusively an on-site, full-time position. It is essential that you can consistently commute to our head office in Barton-Upon-Humber from Monday to Friday.

Main Responsibilities
  • Research and understand the key messages, then create engaging training content that effectively delivers these messages to the target audience.
  • Transform ideas into compelling training copy, from concept through to the final product.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and internal experts.
  • Collaborate with other creatives to foster idea generation.
  • Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Working independently or in a team, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

About You

  • Minimum of 1 years’ content writing experience (in-house, agency, or freelance)
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in English, Journalism, or a communication related discipline
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient at working to tight deadlines and balancing multiple ongoing projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
