This is a brand new role for a creative, versatile and passionate wordsmith with a passion for all things nutrition and wellbeing.
You will report to (and be supported by) our Head of Nutrition and form an integral part of the team, working collaboratively and cross-functionally with Nutrition, Innovation, Marketing and Brand teams to generate or edit compelling copy that connects with our core target audiences and inspires action. You will also provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our Nutrition + Innovation Teams during the changing demands of our dynamic and rapid growth.
YOU WILL
Working closely with the nutrition and marketing teams to align content with overall brand messaging and marketing strategies, you will also work to ensure our administrative processes run and integrate seamlessly and efficiently.
This may look like:
+ Collaborating with the Head of Nutrition and cross-departmentally to write engaging and accurate content and copy for online platforms, marketing and retail materials.
+ Maintaining a consistent brand voice, style, and message across all content and platforms, ensuring that all content reinforces our brand identity and values.
+ Optimising copy for improved engagement, ensuring that the content is clear, and aligned with SEO best practices.
+ Ensuring that all content adheres to legal and compliance standards, working closely with the Nutrition + Innovation team to navigate and adhere to any industry regulations and guidelines.
+ Fact-checking and verifying information with in-house Nutritionists before inclusion in written materials.
+ Proactively supporting the team by suggesting new ideas and questioning thinking where appropriate.
+ Reviewing content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
+ Proofreading materials to identify and correct grammatical errors, typos, and other issues.
+ Organising, inputting and maintaining internal materials for product, testing, research collation and compliance.
+ Maintaining organised records (incl research materials, content drafts etc) and supporting our small and mighty team with basic office administration tasks
YOUR SKILLS + KNOWLEDGE + EXPERIENCE
You will be a proficient writer, very detail-oriented, and someone with excellent organisational and administrative skills. While this role would likely suit a recent graduate or someone of similar experience, you need to be smart, fast, and quick to learn with:
+ Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
+ Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
+ Familiarity with SEO best practices and social media platforms.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
+ Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Experience or interest in the health and wellness sector and a passion for health and wellness and a desire to promote a healthy lifestyle (desirable).

As a fast-paced scale-up, we’ve found that spending time together in person is hugely beneficial to the way we’re needing to communicate, collaborate and drive the business forward. We’ve worked hard to make our office (a beautiful old mill situated in East Sussex) an inviting and friendly environment for all of our team members and we expect any new joiner to be in the office full time.
