Junior Creative Artworker - Stamford Bridge, London
Reporting to: Midweight Creative Artworker and Senior Designer

Job Function:
Working within the Chelsea FC inhouse creative studio and reporting into the Midweight Creative Artworker and Senior Designer, you will be responsible for creating artwork for a range of projects covering designs for print digital and physical spaces. You will be required to translate design layouts into production ready files across a wide range of formats, materials, substrates and applications. Exceptional attention to detail and an understanding of the production processes will be expected to ensure designs are produced to a high-quality standard and finish.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver on print and digital communications across a broad range of channels including: signage & venue branding, large format graphics, web, social media and app, gif banners, magazines, programs, stationary, event display, menus, tickets, newsletters, literature,
- Work collaboratively with Designers to take master visuals and rollout the creative across multiple assets and formats (digital & print)
- Bring visual concepts to life through engaging layout, with a strong eye for typography and content hierarchy
- Capable in After Effects and able to bring static content to life is a bonus
- Basic knowledge of Retouching of imagery and colour correction
- Manage and complete stakeholder feedback and amends with a business mindset
- Support the Midweight Creative Artworker in providing accurate technical advice and solutions to the wider team
- Support the design team in execution-lead ideation rolling-out design concepts, presentation decks and creating print ready artwork
- Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy and consistency
- Work proactively under own initiative to ensure deadlines are met and projects are on track and as part of the design team to develop templates
- Ensure all executions are consistent, conform to brand guidelines and are suitable for multi-specifications and size ratios.
- Prepare master files and templates, specifications, mark-up, proof and check all
- Multi-task and prioritise across multiple projects in accordance with agreed production
- Demonstrate a level of organisation, ensuring accurate filing and archiving of files
- Able to understand asset specifications, safe zones and technical print requirements

- Impeccable attention to Ability to meet deadlines and manage delivery expectations.
- Good knowledge of design process with advanced skills using all Adobe Creative Software, After Knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint and template creation.
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn. Positive Enjoys working as part of a team as well as working independently able to take on board feedback and constructive criticism
- Adaptive to changes and able to multi-task, without compromising on standards, on several projects at any given time.
- Sound understanding of brand development and the expression of the brand across multiple channels.
- Excellent written and verbal English language to be able to proofread and provide quality assurance on a wide range of communication and projects.
Qualifications:
- Previous demonstrable experience working client-side or agency
- Solid experience as a Creative Artworker working across multiple brands and on a broad range of projects in-house or within a creative, marketing, design or brand agency.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating precision, production and technical skills across a wide range of print and digital projects.
- Proficient in latest design software (Adobe Creative Suite), particularly InDesign; photoshop and Illustrator and Microsoft office
