Join Our Team as a Junior Creative! Graphic/Art & Media Team
Are you a creative dynamo with a passion for graphic design and a flair for all things aesthetic?
Look no further! We're on the hunt for a talented Junior Creative to join our vibrant team based out of our Liverpool HQ!
The Role & Our Creative Team in a wonderful shell of a nut:
You'll have the opportunity to dive headfirst into a variety of projects, from designing eye-catching visuals to brainstorming innovative concepts!
Whether it's crafting captivating social media graphics, designing sleek marketing materials, crucial sales documents or exploring new avenues of creativity, you'll be at the forefront of it all with our passionate team aka ‘The Octos’!
Back story, we started out with 3 companies (now 5!) and our creatives saw the link to an Octopus with three hearts! Not to mention creative intelligence; they can navigate mazes, solve problems, remember, predict, use multiple tools and take apart just about anything. Along with sophisticated hunting behaviours, they possess all great skills for marketeers too!
Innovation is critical for business success! We just do it in our own way!
What we're looking for:
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. (Specifically, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- A keen eye for detail and a knack for turning ideas into visually stunning realities.
- We will need you to be the type of character that finds joy in tasks that add value to the company & wider recruitment team but may not be the shiniest ‘creative oyster’ job in the box! Sometimes tasks are about business wins & adding value through lead generation documents & PowerPoints sales decks!
- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a drive to push creative boundaries when needed.
- If you’re naturally a great researcher, this skill can also come in handy when we are adapting the sales/marketing material we send out, you’ll be able to spot what could be done ‘even better’.
- Passion for exploring all areas of creativity, from photography and illustration to typography and branding.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members – we operate as a strong circle to ensure the best results!
- We also hope you are passionate about self-development; we never stop learning in this team and always looking at further value we can offer to your career & the role.
