Based in the Dungannon area my client is a leading heavyengineering company who manufacture a large range of machinery for a diverserange of sectors such as quarry, mining and recycling. Due to expansion they arerecruiting for a Junior Design Engineer with at least one years’ experience in mechanicaldesign (they are open minded about the sector you are currently in).
On offer is a salary of £32,000 - £33,000 for 1 years’experience along with a Structured Training Program that will develop yourskill base all the way up to Senior Design Engineer. More experiencedcandidates will be offered a higher salary than this. They are also offering a companypension, healthcare and a lunchtime finish early Friday.
Role - Junior Design Engineer
·Complete product design improvements fromconcept, design, support, build and installation.
·Produce drawings using 2D and 3D CAD system.
·Adopt developed product and transition toproduction for introduction to the market within a fast paced dynamicengineering environment.
·Assist production with engineering support andguidance.
·Co-ordinate with colleagues to support the salesteam with technical specifications, site visits and technical advice throughoutthe process.
